Orders & Payments

No, you can shop with or without an account. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and manage your details more easily.

We accept major payment methods including credit card, Apple Pay, Afterpay, and Klarna. All payments are securely processed via third-party platforms. We do not store your credit card details.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we may be able to help. Please contact us at hello@byzerolabs.com as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once an order is processed, changes may not be possible.
Returns & Refunds

If you’re not happy, you can return the unopened and unused full-size bottle within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please email us within 30 days at hello@byzerolabs.com with 2–3 clear photos of the issue, and your order number or valid proof of purchase. Our team will assess the issue and assist you with next steps. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.

Reason for return
Photos identifying the defect (If applicable)
The instructions on how to proceed with the postal return from that point will be provided by email. Please ship the item within the 14-day window.
Shipping & Delivery

We are currently offering FREE Express shipping on all orders.

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping (via AusPost) takes 1–3 business days after your order has been dispatched. Please allow additional time during sales and peak periods.
