Orders & Payments

No, you can shop with or without an account. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and manage your details more easily.

We accept major payment methods including Shop Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed via third-party platforms. We do not store your credit card details.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we may be able to help. Please contact us at hello@byzerolabs.com as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once an order is processed, changes may not be possible.
Returns & Refunds

If you’re not happy, you can return the unopened and unused full-size bottle within 14 days for a refund or store credit.

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please email us within 30 days at hello@byzerolabs.com with 2–3 clear photos and your order number. Our team will assess and assist you with next steps.

Photos Identifying Defect (If applicable)
The instructions on how to proceed with the postal return from that point will be provided by email.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $135 AUD. Orders under $135 AUD incur a $5 delivery fee.

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping (via AusPost) takes 1–3 business days after your order has been dispatched. Please allow additional time during sales and peak periods.
