Orders & Payments

  • No, you can shop with or without an account. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and manage your details more easily.

  • We accept major payment methods including Shop Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed via third-party platforms. We do not store your credit card details.

  • If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we may be able to help. Please contact us at hello@byzerolabs.com as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once an order is processed, changes may not be possible.

Returns & Refunds

  • If you’re not happy, you can return the unopened and unused full-size bottle within 14 days for a refund or store credit.

  • If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please email us within 30 days at hello@byzerolabs.com with 2–3 clear photos and your order number. Our team will assess and assist you with next steps.

  • To initiate a return:

    1. Please contact us at hello@byzerolabs.com and provide the following details:

      • Order Number

      • Date of Purchase

      • Item(s) to Return

      • Reason for Return

      • Photos Identifying Defect (If applicable)

      The instructions on how to proceed with the postal return from that point will be provided by email.

    2. Ship the item within the 14-day window

Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free standard shipping for orders over $135 AUD. Orders under $135 AUD incur a $5 delivery fee.

  • Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping (via AusPost) takes 1–3 business days after your order has been dispatched. Please allow additional time during sales and peak periods.

  • All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.
